MEGABARK (MEGASINGLE)

first single from the forthcoming album ACTIVATED SLUDGE (based on the film of the same name starring Egregore Jones).

i was lucky enough to get the star themselves - the actual Egregore Jones!!! - to add some vocals to this one, and it was a lot of fun to play around with their very distinctive style.

the vocals are so unique, in fact, that it inspired me to seperate out the vox for others to use, which led to me offering the instrumental as well... and then I realised i had on my hands something not-unlike the cassingles of yore, so I decided to round this release out with a remixed version of another track from the forthcoming album.

"Carhole" is presented not as it will appear on the album, but in the Plagued Up & Glitched Out (PUGO) style of remix I've done for some other tunes in the past - which is, i think, very clearly a homage to the chopped & screwed work of DJ Screw, and Michael Watts, along with the dragged work of Mater Suspiria Vision et al.
